Grammar Focus ของหน้านี้ เท่าที่ดูแแล้ว เค้าต้องการจะเน้นอยู่2เรื่อง คือ การใช้can/should กับ การใช้ can/should ในรูปของประโยคปฏิเสธ (can't / shouldn't)

พอจะเข้าใจมั๊ยว่า Can นี่นะ ไม่ได้แปลตรงตัวว่า สามารถ เสมอไป แต่มันออกแนวประมาณว่าเราทำสิ่งที่พูดถึงอยู่นั่นอ่ะได้หรือเปล่ามากกว่า~
Should แปลว่า 'ควรจะ' อันนี้ค่อนข้างตรง Should i call him first? ชั้น(ควรจะ)โทรหาเค้าก่อนดีมั๊ย? Yes, you should. ชั้นว่าเธอควรโทรหาเค้าก่อนนะ No, you shouldn't. ชั้นว่าไม่ควรหล่ะ
การใช้ can/should ในรูปของประโยคปฏิเสธ คือการเติมคำว่า 'not' เข้าไปเป็น can not / cannot, should not. แต่ในหนังสือเค้าต้องการจะสอนรูปย่อให้เรา ย่อให้มันสั้นลง ไม่รู้จะย่อทำไม? หาเรื่องให้เด็กงงได้อีก!? เมื่อย่อออกมาแล้วจะได้ว่า can't กับ shouldn't

***เวลาทำข้อสอบที่มี can/should ให้ดูที่เนื้อเรื่องเป็นหลักว่าควรจะใส่อะไร ใส่แล้วความหมายเพี้ยนมั๊ย ดูจากตัวอย่างแล้วจะเห็น
